Maestro offers the ability to manage rep licenses and apply the reps’ license status to every transaction that Maestro processes. The system tracks approval and renewal dates for:
- FINRA National Level Exams (Series 6, 7, 24, etc.)
- FINRA State Level Exams (Series 63, 65 and 66)
- State Insurance Licenses
- Insurance Carrier Appointments By State and Product Line
Maestro also has a built-in interface that allows you to update the FINRA License information using files downloaded from WebCRD, virtually eliminating the need for you to update this data by hand.
Renewing FINRA licenses just became easier too. Maestro users can select which licenses to renew for any given rep, then Maestro will apply the appropriate license fee deductions to the rep's commission statement. There is also detailed firm-wide reporting to show which licenses are being renewed or terminated, along with the fees collected.
