Maestro produces the notification letters based on data contained in the customer record, therefore the process is completely automated. A copy of each letter is retained in the customer record for your future (audit) reference. Using the custom formatting capabilities allows you to incorporate your firm's own layout features and logo(s). Postal barcodes can also be used to help reduce postage fees for high volume mailings.
